Vaccination Policy

In compliance with the Proof of Vaccination Guidance for Businesses and Organizations under the Reopening Ontario Act (, CPCC will require that members and guests over the age of 12 provide proof of vaccination before entering the facility. We have asked for guidance from the local public health authority on the most efficient and effective way to do those checks. We are also seeking public health direction on how exceptions for individuals who are unable to be vaccinated will be handled through the provincial regulations and what measures should be implemented in case of an exception. These requirements will evolve over the season and we ask for your patience and participation to follow the rules. Please email with any questions.

Return to Play/Covid Restrictions

In line with last year’s strategy, the CPCC Board will implement all of the provincial and local public health rules and recommendations. Over the next two weeks, we will be reviewing and updating the Return to Play document with all of the specific requirements (contact tracing, cleaning, capacity limits, etc.).  To answer a few of the frequently asked questions:
– masks are currently mandatory in the lounge with the exception of when seated and eating or drinking but masks are not mandatory on the ice surface (exemption for athletic and fitness activities). We do encourage members to wear a mask on the ice as they desire and are offering at least one “mask mandatory” league and will consider expanding these if there is sufficient demand.
– we are exploring updates to the ventilation to improve airflow.
– will only consider hosting events, rentals and bonspiel requests that can be accommodated in line with the Covid policies that best protect our members and staff.
