The Club is committed to the protection of personal privacy. The following describes the
information gathered, how the Club uses that information, how that information may be disclosed, the security of that information, how you can access and correct any such information and other relevant details concerning your privacy.

Upon registration, you have provided the Club with your personal information. This
personal information may include details such as your name, address, and contact information (phone number and email address).
The choice of how much information you provide is yours. This information is collected in
order to contact you or to provide contact information to other club members so
that they may contact you for club related business, as required.
2. How does the Club use the Personal Information?
The Club may use your personal information to conduct its business, for example to circulate newsletters or to advise you of upcoming events. As part of its business, the Club has published some personal information in the Members info area of this website, which should be used for curling related purposes only, allowing members to contact each other to organize leagues and/or bonspiels, to find a spare, etc.
Other than for the purposes described above, the Club will not use your personal
information without your prior consent. The only exception to this rule is where disclosure is necessary in the case of emergency.

The Club takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of all information posted on its
website. For example, you may find your name on unsecured pages of the website; however your personal information (phone number and email address) is maintained in a Members info environment which can be accessed only by obtaining a valid password from the Club.

third parties unless it is in accordance with this privacy statement, and with the written approval of the Club’s Board of Directors.
